The client approach us to have a single story side extension, 6m by 4m we had the plans drawn up and had our architect deal with the planning application.

The aim was to give her an extra bedroom downstairs and an en-suite.

We have managed to use the space well creating a built in cupboard and a large utility area, which is next to the existing kitchen. It has also given her the large bedroom and en-suite bathroom she wanted.

The customer now has a large bedroom and en-suite bathroom she wanted
