Side extension 6m by 4m. The aim was to create an extra bedroom downstairs and an en-suite.

“Russell and his team undertook a large renovation project for us, this included taking the majority of our house back to basics and replastering, replacing all doors/radiators/stairwell and removing a chimney. Russell project managed everything for us from designing and submitting plans to the council's building control department to ordering all materials after we had shown what we wanted (doors, handles, radiators, stairwell, skirting, architrave etc). Importantly the work was completed on time at the price quoted, Russell was very adaptable to our requests for changes and extras that we decided we wanted as the job progressed.
